Concept & Design: Develop a concept in collaboration with the client for a new product or to fulfill needs of an existing product line. Take concept from idea into a sketch incorporating all aspects of technical design needs based on market research, ideas and inspirations.
Technical Design: Design technical flats based on the concept sketches. Create a technical package including all measurements and specifications to send to factory.
Sourcing: Providing your company with manufacturers, fabric and textile mills, trim & component, textile/print design studios and supply chain service providers worldwide. Making sure factories meet your companies needs, financial goals and timeline. Consult with client to make sure their production timeline is realistic and cost effective without reducing quality and brand image.
Fittings: Prototype is sent to be fit on a model/ or if an non-garment will be put through quality control tests. Studio will make fit remarks and adjustments to send back to factory. Revise prototype as needed. If needed, another revised prototype will be sent back. When a prototype and all of it's components are approved, it's ready to begin the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing: After prototype is fully approved by the client, factory will obtain notice to begin full production. A future ship date will be scheduled.
Creative Direction/Photoshoot/Styling: Studio can provide photographer, model casting and shoot location as well as creative direction for photoshoot. Studio uses clients’ samples in photo shoot to create a lookbook, retail store display, mailings, website, online store or other marketing material for a final product presentation.
